No other time of the year makes me want to roll up my sleeves and get baking like the lead up to Christmas!

Let’s BAKE!!!……kourambiethes (sugar dusted shortbread), melomakarona (stuffed orange honey biscuits), amygthalota (almond cookies), festive syrup soaked galaktoboureko, pretty pistachio baklava…….
The best Christmas present is a sweet, home baked one!

I love, love, love baking Christmas Greek sweets!
The smells in the kitchen remind me of Greece!
I attended this class last year and it was great! We even got a bag full of sweet goodies to take home!

Kourambiethes are my favourite Greek Christmas biscuits! I just can’t get enough!..When I see these on my dining room table, I know Christmas has arrived.
