Hi Vicki,

Just wanted to say a big thank you for Saturday, I had the best time in your lovely company and learnt a thing or two!…A wonderful way to spend a few hours. My husband couldn’t believe his eyes when he saw the size of the goody bag I brought home, all well received I can tell you. The semolina custard pie was even better on Sunday with all that syrup soaked through. Will keep you posted on my Greek cooking escapades and thank you so much again, I really had the best time, you are a perfect host.

Firstly, thanks so much for the class. We both really enjoyed it and we learned a lot. Our family is looking forward to sampling the fruits of our labours!

We did make it to the butcher, thank you, and my son was suitably impressed! He thought the loukanika were amazing.
