Just wanted to say a big thank you for Saturday, I had the best time in your lovely company and learnt a thing or two!…A wonderful way to spend a few hours.  My husband couldn’t believe his eyes when he saw the size of the goody bag I brought home, all well received I can tell you.  The semolina custard pie was even better on Sunday with all that syrup soaked through.  Will keep you posted on my Greek cooking escapades and thank you so much again, I really had the best time, you are a perfect host.
